CRUSIAN CARP BAKED IN SOUR CREAM

Clean, wash and wipe dry the fish. Rub with salt, sprinkle with pepper, roll in flour, and fry on both sides. Place the fried fish in a well-greased casserole surround with fried potatoes cut in circles, pour over sour cream, sprinkle with bread crumbs, melted butter and bake in oven.

 

 

 

600 g crusian carp, 3 tbsp butter, 1 tbsp whole-wheat bread crumbs, 2 tbsp flour, 1.5 cups sour cream, 1 kg potatoes, 1 tbsp butter for frying potatoes, salt and pepper.
